Shannon Brown has worked in local government for nine years and consulted to various local government agencies for the past three years in both Parks & Gardens and Planning departments.  Greenscape Tree Consulting has a strong understanding of council processes, procedures and regulations (planning and local law), as well as experience with local government systems and tree management programs.
